Athletics and Football Stadium
A modern new stadium, inaugurated in 2015, provides facilities for the local football club as well as for cross-country skiing in winter. The total capacity, including the galleries and roofed stands, is around 700 persons. The complex includes the main grass football pitch, a training football pitch with a 5th generation artificial surface and lights, a smaller grass training pitch, four-lane athletics track with artificial surface, and a roofed as well as open grandstand including facilities for sportspeople. A 3.5 km cross-country track around the stadium is groomed in winter, using also artificial snow. It is open even in bad conditions when there isn’t enough natural snow. In good conditions, up to 35 km of cross-country tracks are groomed nearby, starting at the stadium.

Zatopek Sports Complex
This complex is located 200 m from the town centre in Vrchlabi in Husova St. The Zatopek sports ground, referring to the name of the famous Czech sportsman and his family, is just adjacent to the Augustinian monastery. A car park is available right in front of the complex, which offers a football pitch, en-tout-cas clay playground, tennis courts, tennis training wall, an oval rink, drop zone and a 100-m running track.

The Euro-air camp offers refreshments and includes two bowling lanes. It is located opposite the airfield in Vrchlabi, some 3 km from the town centre.

The Hartaclub guesthouse and sports centre is located in Podhuri, a quiet part of Vrchlabi. Not only guests but also all other visitors can enjoy bowling on two lanes for up to 16 players or squash.

This club was founded in August 1994 in direct connection with the activities concerning Trouville sur Mer, Vrchlabi’s French twin town. The club organises pétanque events, either tournaments, presentations or contests, for groups of any size, puts on tournaments of any rank, and long-term competitions. It also organises classified Friday tournaments. The game is played in the yard of the Sklipek restaurant in summer and in the Kartonka cinema building in winter.
